Holy popcorn! It is July, which means it is MovieJawn’s birthday month. Hooray! Our little movie publication got started in 2015 by our founder, Fran X. Friel. Nine years year later and we are still out here slinging movie zines. What’s shaking with our staff? Earlier this year, MovieJawn staff writer M. Lopes da Silva published a collection of queer horror stories entitled, “Infinity Mathing at the Shore & Other Disruptions”. The collection has been described as "a dopamine hit", "cuts open the anatomy of fascism with bloody, grinning teeth", and "a True Renaissance of work from the Trans Community".
